DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Supervise the crew members and ensure the production on installation of roofing systems (Asphalt Shingles, Metal etc)
• Oversee all aspects to roof installation but not limited to housekeeping, workmanship quality and safety.
• Ensure & enforce compliance with rules, laws and regulations, especially in accordance with safety and health.
• Conduct safety meetings and workplace inspections.
• Ensure the job site is maintained properly.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and utilization.
• Serve as a main contact for field personnel.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of Roofing Foreman experience
• Experience with the roofing systems, specifically Asphalt Shingles
• Ability to communicate and work with other team members
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to learn and follow the company safety policy
• Valid Driver’s license

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Wage: $40-$45/hr (Can earn upto $100K/Year)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
• Instruct apprentices
• Install sheet metal flashings
• Install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions

• Hours: 30-40 hours per week
